Musttttt beeeee skinnnnnnyyyyy!
Okay, so I have decided to the the military diet. I am only doing it to jump start the weight loss, where inevitably I will start eating 99.9% healthy. Ive tried making lifestyle changes before when it comes to food, and when I don’t see some sort of weight loss in the first week I throw my hands up and go to Rita’s for some ice-cream. I am also going to start trying to work out everyday or every other day. My problem with working out is the weekend comes, and I don’t do. I hope this works because I am tired of not fitting into my old jeans!
